Fiber optic laser cutters are modern devices that are distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and much more profitable alternative to the CO₂ technology, but also have a lot of advantages in themselves that allow you to develop production (up to 70%) and improve its quality. FIBER technology allows you to cut sheets and other materials of various thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength in the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometers. These properties result in an intensity that is 100 times greater than that of CO₂ devices of similar power.

Dual use and cost savings

The LF3015GEPR fiber optic cutter not only cuts sheet metal, but also pipes and profiles. It has many uses and saves space by more than 50%, which effectively increases productivity.

Sliding gate made of seasoned aviation aluminum

The construction of the sliding gate is made of seasoned aviation aluminum formed with a force of 4300 tons, achieving incredible stiffness. Aviation aluminum has many advantages: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, resistance to corrosion and oxidation, and good machinability.

Electric clamp

The clamp grips the profile in two directions and automatically aligns the profile. The diagonal adjustment range is 20-200 mm.

Removable build table

The interchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms whose movement and exchange are controlled by the controller. The machine is able to replace the platform within 15 seconds.

Automatic pipe support

Uses an intelligent pipe support assembly to solve warping problems when cutting long pipes.

Welded bed with rectangular profiles

The construction of the bed has an internal structure resembling a honeycomb, made of many welded rectangular tubes. Stiffeners are placed inside the tubes, which increase the strength of the bed, and also increase the rigidity and stability of the guide rail to effectively prevent its deformation. High strength, stability, tensile strength, ensuring 20 years of use without distortion.

Raytools head

Autofocus. The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The auto focus speed is ten times faster than the manual focus speed.

Greater manual adjustment range – adjustment range -10mm - +10mm. The precision of 0.01 mm is applicable to various thicknesses of materials (0-20 mm) - below the power of 1500W.

Long life. Collimator lenses and focusing lenses have a water-cooling heatsink, which lowers the temperature of the cutting head to extend the life of the cutting head.
