Fiber optic laser cutters are modern devices that are distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only a perfect and much more profitable alternative to CO2 technology, but also have a lot of advantages in themselves that allow for the development of production (up to 70%) and improvement of its quality. The FIBER technology allows for cutting metal sheets and other materials of various thickness, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength in the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometers. These properties contribute to an intensity that is 100 times greater than that of CO2 devices of similar power.
The structure of the sliding gate is made of seasoned aircraft aluminum molded with a force of 4300 tons, achieving incredible stiffness. Aviation aluminum has many advantages: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), light weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance and good machinability.
Long life . The collimator and converging lenses have a water-cooling heatsink which lowers the temperature of the cutting head to extend the life of the cutting head.

Welded bed made of rectangular profiles
The inner structure of the bed adopts a metal honeycomb structure which is welded by a plurality of rectangular tubes. Stiffeners are placed inside the pipes, which increase the strength and tensile strength of the bed, and also increase the strength and stability of the guide rail to effectively avoid deformation of the bed.
