PRECISION
Thanks to use of innovative solutions in this lathe, it is possible to reach: accuracy and repeatability of positioning of 0.04 mm in X/Z axes (for common CNC lathes it is often 0.01 mm).
The spindle balancing accuracy: 0.3 g/mm and the spindle axis radial run-out: < 0.002 mm (other manufacturers even do not give these parameters).
OUTPUT
The head clamping force is even 69 kN. Thanks to the spindle very high torque of 160 Nm, it is possible to cut a 7 mm thick layer during one pass of a tool.
SPEED
Feed in X/Z axes: 30 m/min, 36 m/min (earlier generation lathes: up to 6 m/min).
Very quick tools head response: 0.15 s.
