INNOVATIVE VIBRATION SUPPRESSION SYSTEM!!!
The cutter uses an additional actuator that dampens vibrations during cutting.
Advantages:

Semi-automatic cutting process
After pressing the START button, an automatic cutting cycle takes place:
- fixing the cut material in a hydraulic vice,
- turning on the cutting band feed (band speed adjustable on inverter 25-90 m/min),
- lowering the cutting arm (smooth adjustment),
- stopping the machine after a cut,
- arm lift (arm lift height adjustable),
- hydraulic vice release,
Manual operation of the machine has been simplified to feed the cut material to the stop.
The movable belt guiding head is set depending on the size of the material to be cut, which ensures increased stability and precision of the belt operation.
It is the CARBIDE GUIDES that are responsible for the precision and straightness of the cut.
