The diameter of fibers ranges from 0.2 to 0.3 micron
Using a material made from nanofibers ensures collecting dust particles on the surface of the filter and creating a thin, permeable layer of dust mass. As a result, Ultra-Web filter cartridges provide the highest quality of filtration, due to the elimination of a possibility of an early clogging of the filter through particles and the ability to release the dust mass during the cycle of dust collector cleaning.
Nanofibers are the smallest synthetic fibers applied currently in the process of filtration.
Ultra-Web catches what the eye can’t see.
Only Ultra-Web is able to efficiently catch the particles of dust.
Ultra-Web efficiently captures submicron dust. Cellulose and 80/20 blend media are not efficient enough to catch submicron dust. Typical cellulose and 80/20 blend media are rated to capture 1-3 micron dust particles and some competitive 80/20 blend media is only rated to capture 3-10 micron particles.
